Our Coronavirus Contingency Planning
We wanted to provide an update on the steps we are taking in response to the Coronavirus outbreak.
This is an unprecedented situation and our priority is to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff, volunteers and clients. We are also aware that we need to balance this with providing our clients with the best service we can.
We have therefore put the following processes in place.
The office will close from tomorrow until further notice.
Everyone who has a face to face appointment will now have that appointment by telephone or video call – do not come to the office.
All telephone calls will be directed to our receptionist who will be based at home.
She will then direct enquiries to the relevant caseworker who will also be working from home.
We will still be picking up emails through info@dapwales.org.uk and post daily.
We will continue to assist clients with completing claim forms by phone or video.
Keep an eye on our FaceBook page as we will be sharing any information we receive from the DWP and HMCTS.
