Easter in Pontypool

Disability Advice Project was in Pontypool giving advice to people with disabilities and carers at two Easter-themed events. DAP’s team ran a pop-up stall on Wednesday 30 March, at Pontypool Indoor Market, and then supported Sight Cymru’s Spring Fayre on 6 April, at Torfaen Museum.

Jayne Salkeld, Joint Project Manager at Disability Advice Project, said: “We would like to thank Pontypool Indoor Market, Sight Cymru and Torfaen Museum for kindly enabling us to join them. These events provided the ideal opportunity to reach people, many of whom are not online, and help with benefits and care plans. In addition to meeting members of the community, we sold a range of beautiful Easter gifts to raise funds for DAP.”
