Engagement, Inclusion and Support Coordinator

This is a new and exciting role to support the implementation of the Building a Better Future Project to promote social inclusion through user led activities and promote groups to provide ongoing peer support, developing and coordinating advocacy for the project.

Salary: Actual £9,000 per annum – 16.25 hours per week

Location: Cwmbran, South Wales

Caseworker/Family Champion

We are looking to recruit a Caseworker/Family Champion. This is a new and exciting role to support the implementation of the Building a Better Future Project by delivering high quality advice, guidance and support. You will recruit, train and coordinate volunteer Family Champions to provide ongoing support within their communities.  

Salary: Actual £8,800 per annum – 13 hours per week (hours may be increased due to late recruitment as a result of Covid and subject to individual negotiation)

Information and Support Assistant/Receptionist

We are looking to recruit an Information and Support Assistant/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for beneficiaries, providing appropriate advice and first level of support prior to assigning a Caseworker. Managing all methods of contact.

Salary: Actual £9,180 per annum – 19.5 hours per week

Location: Cwmbran, South Wales
